A lesson in service

Had a lousy day today. Make a mistake in my work, wonder when that will come back to hunt me. Complains after complaints, my work seems full of unhappy people. Gets arrow with more work. Changes to project requirement, people just don't understant that it can't be done. Sensei ask me down for aikido. Tired.

Met an interesting Taxi driver today, reminded me what customer service is all about. Sometime all u can do is smile, and try your best. Strive to offer better service. Hopefully the people u meet went away a little happier.
We can but try to make the world a better place. It's hard to get angry at a kind person.

喂铭德,加油!がばてい!工作是这样的。老板的脸色反复无常。工作量有增无减。人事关系。。等等。不过还是要保持心情愉快。

大不了回家把那些猪头骂个狗血淋头吧!最重要还是保持心情愉快。就听听音乐,看看书籍,上一上和气道,出外走走,与大自然拥抱。作些你所喜欢的事。人也会比较轻松!
